Bark’n’Box is a musical game for children of all ages and adults alike.

It is brilliantly intuitive, musically educational and fun to play. Just tap the puppies to hear them bark in different musical tones or shake the phone to hear the puppies' musical choir.

Using the pentatonic scale found in folk music around the world, the Bark’n’Box is truly a global village game and a unique musical instrument.

Although Bark’n’Box is designed for children, people of all ages will love it and play it with fun and laughter.

The true story behind Bark’n’Box

I created Bark’n’Box for my 14-month old daughter.

One day we were traveling by car. Our road trip was rather long and of course our little girl was restless and becoming miserable. My wife and I were busy thinking how could we entertain her. We thought about things she likes such as dogs, chimes and shiny things like my iPhone – then the idea came to mind “what if we put all these things together?”

Then I created this game which is also a musical instrument. You see, the barking of the dogs and the chiming of the bells is not just random noise, but rather a harmonic melody based on the major pentatonic scale.

Why is this scale in the game? Because the pentatonic scale is the native music language for children.

The nature of this scale makes it impossible to make harmonic mistakes, which means WHATEVER YOU PLAY IS A MELODY.

Sounds like Magic? It is not. Try and hear.

Now I want to share my little girl's happiness with your kids. I'm pretty sure they will love this game!
